nya EAST’s most unique feature is its flexible layout for any small and large production. It includes three stages, thirteen support rooms comprised of hair + makeup, wardrobe, green rooms, conference space, and lobbies and an abundance of outdoor space, encompassing 45,000+ sq. ft all together.

STUDIO A

With 4600 square feet of space, ample support space, brick walls, exposed bow truss ceiling and polished concrete floors allows you to take advantage of the warm industrial textures of the space for any production type.

STUDIO B

The intimacy and privacy of Stage B makes for a perfect environment for photo and film shoots or an act as an extension of your event. Stage B comes equipped with a 2 wall cyc, pipe grid with 20’ high ceilings and support space including dressing rooms, green room, private restroom, as well a full kitchen in the stage.

STUDIO C

Our largest sound stage at nya EAST with 5600 square feet with a 2 wall cyc, pipe grid with 21’ high ceilings and silent HVAC. This Stage is fit to accommodate any your production needs whether you are looking to place your next film or photo shoot or special event.
